Role Description
We are seeking an entrepreneurial, mission-driven President (Co-Founder Track) to join our founding leadership team and shape the next phase of the company’s growth. This is a hands-on, startup leadership role for someone who wants to help build a studio—not simply work at one.
You will partner directly with the Founder as a core decision-maker, guiding business strategy, operations, partnerships, and studio development. This role is ideal for someone excited by the challenge of building systems from the ground up, scaling new initiatives, and helping define what a purpose-driven entertainment company can look like.
Role Description

Lead company strategy, organizational development, and operational growth

Oversee day-to-day management with a focus on sustainable, scalable systems

Forge partnerships with distributors, arts institutions, brands, festivals, and creative organizations

Help build revenue models, studio infrastructure, and long-term business plans

Collaborate closely with creative leadership on project development and portfolio direction

Represent Jenevesque Media publicly across industry events, film circles, and cultural platforms

Shape and nurture an inclusive, collaborative, artist-centered company culture

Inspire internal teams to pursue excellence and meaningful impact
Qualifications

Early / mid 20s to early 30s

Bachelor’s degree preferred (current graduating seniors or candidates with strong experience will also be considered)

Preferred fields of study: Film Production, Business of Film, Business Administration, Marketing / Communications, Media Management, or other Fine / Dramatic Arts.
Additional experience, coursework, internships, or community leadership in media, the arts, cultural studies, or social advocacy is a strong plus.
